Enclosed is an information sheet with advice provided by Somerset County Council on behalf of the NHS. As I’m sure you are all aware, we are continuing to see an ongoing rise in positive Covid-19 cases across the county with the seven day rate per 100,000 increasing in our districts. West Somerset’s infection rate is currently one of the highest in the County.
We need to take action to help stop the spread of the virus. If you are feeling unwell and displaying symptoms don’t take the chance, however mild – isolate and get a test, close contacts and household members must also isolate while awaiting the test result.
