Hello Everyone
Unfortunately, due to short term staff shortages ATWEST are unable to operate any journeys on the Service 10 Porlock to Minehead route from Monday 20th September – Friday 24th September with normal service being resumed on Saturday 25th September 2021. The Ridler bus service and the journeys on service 10 provided by Buses of Somerset (School day journeys morning and afternoon) shall continue as normal and it has been agreed that the Exmoor Coaster Bus Service will accept return tickets purchased on the Ridler Bus Service during this time period.
As you know ATWEST provide a number of different services in the area and these remain unaffected during this time. They will continue to provide all their school transport commitments, the Slinky Demand responsive service, the 198 Dulverton to Minehead service and their Community Transport commitments.

The decision to suspend their journeys on the 10 has been made because the Exmoor Coaster bus service is still operating and provides a number of journeys between Minehead and Porlock during the day. ATWEST will be advising passengers and also ensuring the notices are posted on bus stops to advise intending passengers of the alternative Exmoor Coaster services during the week.
