The other is a 2 bedroom sheltered bungalow – see image for their definition of ‘sheltered’ – which will be ready at the end of November, but bidding now. Applicants should be aged 55+ and preference will be given to those with a need for 2 bedrooms but those with a 1 bedroom need may be considered afterwards.
