Porlock Parish Council is committed to protecting and enhancing the rich natural environment that makes our parish so special. In line with national biodiversity duties, we aim to support local wildlife, safeguard habitats, and promote sustainable practices across our land, services, and community projects.

Our work includes considering biodiversity in planning decisions, managing parish land in wildlife‑friendly ways, and encouraging residents, groups, and local businesses to get involved. By working together, we hope to help nature thrive in Porlock - now and for future generations.
